1. What Karvo is

Karvo is a car-matching service. You answer a short quiz, we search live car listings, and our AI ranks the best matches for you. Karvo charges a one-time fee of $9.99 to unlock and deliver your ranked results.

Karvo is an information service — we do not sell cars, represent dealerships, or act as a broker. All listings come from third-party sources and are provided for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use Karvo. By using the service, you confirm that this applies to you.

3. Payment and refunds

The one-time fee of $9.99 is charged when you unlock your results. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Because results are delivered immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your results, contact us at support@karvo.cc and we will make it right.

4. Accuracy of results

Karvo pulls listing data from third-party sources that are updated regularly but may not reflect real-time availability or pricing. A car shown in your results may be sold or its price may have changed by the time you contact the dealer.

AI rankings are based on the preferences you provide and publicly available listing data. They represent our best algorithmic judgment, not a guarantee of vehicle quality or dealer reputation.

Always verify listing details directly with the dealer before making any purchasing decision.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or resell Karvo results or data
• Use automated tools to submit searches in bulk
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
• Use Karvo for any unlawful purpose

6. Limitation of liability

Karvo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on our results, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on Karvo rankings. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and software on Karvo is owned by Karvo and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Changes to the service

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of Karvo at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Karvo is registered.
