Karvo is an AI-powered car-finding service. We help you find your best-matched car listings based on your preferences. Our contact email is support@karvo.cc.
2. What data we collect
When you use Karvo, we collect:
- Search preferences — your answers to the quiz (location, budget, body type, fuel type, etc.)
- Email address — provided during checkout so we can deliver your results
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details
- Server logs — our hosting provider records standard request data (such as IP address and timestamp) to operate and secure the service. We do not run third-party analytics or tracking tools
3. How we use your data
We use your data solely to:
- Run your car search against our listing database
- Rank and score results using AI
- Send your results to the email address you provided
- Improve the accuracy and experience of Karvo over time
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your preferences for advertising.
4. Third-party services
Karvo works with the following trusted services:
- Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy
- MarketCheck — car listing data provider
- OpenAI — AI ranking model. Your preferences are sent to OpenAI to generate rankings. No personally identifiable information is included
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
5. Data retention
Search session data is stored temporarily to process your results and deliver your email. We do not retain your search preferences or email address beyond 30 days unless you explicitly sign up for future communications.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request deletion of any data we hold about you. To do so, email us at support@karvo.cc and we will remove your data within 7 business days.
7. Cookies
Karvo uses minimal cookies — only those necessary to keep your search session alive between pages. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will always display the last-updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of Karvo after a change means you accept the updated policy.
